Job Description
  • Lead and manage property projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and manage project budgets and timelines
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth project execution
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations
  • Resolve any project-related issues promptly and efficiently
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment within the team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sr. Project Manager should have:

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience managing public and/or private roadway, utility, and / or site development projects.
  • Strong working knowledge of civil construction processes including earthwork, grading, water, sewer, storm drainage, and paving.
  • Experience in production tracking and managing detailed budgets and schedules.
  • A construction management degree, civil engineering degree, or equivalent is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations.
