Hiring! Automotive Service Advisor
Fulltime: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, Mon – Fri, every other Saturday
Pay rate: Pay is commission based depending on performance.Location: Wooster, OH

Summary:
The Automotive Service Technician provides exceptional customer service and is responsible for assisting customers and their automotive needs. You will provide accurate estimates, scheduling appointments, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, CDK experience is a big plus.To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized, have great people skills, know automotive systems with some prior experience.
What you will do:
- Greet customers and assess their automotive needs.
- Listen to customer concerns and provide recommendations for maintenance and repairs.
- Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs, including parts and labor.
- Schedule appointments based on parts, staff and customer needs.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs that are needed or recommended for optimal performance.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, service appointments, and vehicle history.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety regulations and quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns/complaints promptly and professionally.
What you will need:
- Previous automotive service advisor experience is preferred or a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and great attention to detail
- Working knowledge of automotive system and repair procedures
- Proficiency with computer software, including CDK dealer management systems.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- valid driver’s license and clean driving record is required.
- Must be able to pass a background and drug screening check.
- Must have a positive attitude, professional appearance.
- Provide great communication and great customer service.
- Other duties as needed.
