We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Bilingual Spanish/English-Customer Service Representative in CHICAGO, Illinois. The role involves supporting our contact center by servicing customers through inbound/outbound calls and emails.
As a representative, you will be expected to excel in communication, demonstrate attention to detail, possess strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer experiences through incoming telephone calls in a high-volume contact center environment
- Handle callers' requests efficiently, accurately, and professionally, ensuring timeliness and ownership
- Build rapport quickly and respond to customers compassionately, exceeding expectations consistently
- Navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze, and resolve customer inquiries
- Maintain performance and quality standards while providing a positive phone experience for our customers
- Learn the basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and the products we offer to our customers
- Collaboratively work with team members and business partners to enhance the customer experience
- Respond to special requests and complete additional tasks and duties as assigned
- Analyze information to make appropriate decisions and solve problems
- Work scheduled shifts, with the potential for overtime and weekend work as needed. • Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service
- Strong Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Operations and Research methods
- Experience with Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Familiarity with Insurance industry practices
- Proficiency in using the 'About Time' software
- Knowledge of Benefit Functions and Hiring Processes
- Experience in Revenue Accounting
- Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks
- Experience in Claim Administration
- Understanding of Property management principles
- Demonstrated Collaboration skills
- Basic to intermediate Computer Skills
- Willingness to work Onsite
- Strong Decision-Making abilities
- Experience in Underwriting
- Knowledge of Salary Structures
- Ability to work effectively with Business Partners.
