Information Technology Site Tech Team Lead

Overview:

The IT Site Tech Team Lead is responsible for supporting BrightView employees’ information technology needs. The team lead will serve as a resource and role model for the site setup technician team. The team lead should also have a broad general IT knowledge, be self-motivated and well organized.

Responsibilities:

Essential Job Duties:

• Serve as hardware setup and support technician for BrightView offices. Travel is required for this position.
• Build relationships with center leadership (Operations Directors) in order to provide support to their locations.
• Work on BrightView’s Service Desk team to provide onsite and remote support for laptop and desktop computers, network devices, cameras, phones, and mobile devices
• Ability to identify and resolve moderately complex or multifaceted technical issues with minimal supervision
• Follow up on unresolved or repeated tickets
• Work with vendors to resolve any outages or issues.
• Implementation of infrastructure projects as needed.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Flexible attitude to support peak times, deadlines and project completion
• Excellent attention to detail to identify trends, reviewing and updating documentation, etc.
• Serve as a mentor, trainer and primary technical reference for other site setup technicians.

Qualifications:

Required Education/Degree:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Associate or bachelor's degree in information technology related field or comparable experience

Required Certification/License:

Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license

A+, N+, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals or any Microsoft Associate certifications are a plus

Required Work Experience:

5+ years of experience working in IT support group required

3+ years working with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 required

2+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry preferred.

Experience in Azure and/or network operations is a plus
