Temp Warehouse Associate
Location: Portland, OR
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
Compensation: $22
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role involves shipping and receiving, pulling orders, and eventually operating a forklift. The ideal candidate will have warehouse experience and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Pull and prepare orders for shipment.
- Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- May assist in various warehouse roles, including Receiving Associate, Returns Associate, and Pipe Yard Associate (inside and outside).
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory, is preferred.
- Product knowledge or the ability to learn quickly.
- Forklift operator experience (or willingness to train).
- Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
Work Environment & Dress Code:
- Light industrial setting; casual but appropriate attire.
- Safety shoes are typically required (confirmation provided before start date).

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
