Maintenance Mechanic
The ideal candidate must be proficient in Japanese to communicate effectively with team members, technical documentation, and equipment manufacturers.

Responsibilities- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair food processing and packaging machinery, conveyors, pumps, motors, and other production equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues and execute repairs.
- Ensure all equipment meets food safety and sanitation standards (HACCP, GMPs).
- Assist with equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades as needed.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
- Work collaboratively with production, quality assurance, and other departments.
- Follow safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area following 5S principles.
- Communicate in Japanese with supervisors, technicians, or equipment manufacturers as needed.
