Responsibilities:
- Accurately process and maintain logs for all office services work.
- Handle customer inquiries in a detail oriented and timely manner, through phone or email.
- Ensure the proper execution of reprographics, mail, and intake functions.
- Prioritize and manage workflow to meet deadlines and complete all projects in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot basic office equipment problems and place service calls when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer service to create, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.
- Adhere to established policies while making independent decisions that conform to business needs.
- Load machines with various paper supplies and monitor usage to ensure cost-efficient use of resources.
