The Role:
Redgate is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our Austin team and drive impactful global campaigns. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing and executing top-tier digital marketing initiatives that boost Redgate’s visibility, amplify our solutions, and engage key stakeholders across the entire buyer's journey.
Collaborating closely with regional marketing teams, you’ll contribute to pipeline generation, supporting critical business objectives. You’ll also leverage analytics to monitor channel performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements to continuously elevate our digital strategy.

Your Work at Redgate Software:
- Define and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to help meet objectives, in close collaboration with campaign managers (global and regional) and other business stakeholders.
- Provide input on campaign tactics, including the use of channels, and ad formats, informed by research, data, and engagement with stakeholders.
- Review and analyze performance, identify trends, and optimize channels, tactics, spending, and performance based on insights.
- Understand and support regional needs, provide strategic counsel, idea generation, and consultation.
- Work closely with the Brand team and other Marketing functions to audit and test creatives and copy.
- Keep up to date with digital marketing industry trends and changes; share and propose how these could apply or impact our paid and organic marketing activities.
What You Bring to the Table:
- 4+ year's experience
- A proven track record of creating content marketing, including creating compelling and valuable content for decision-makers.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices to drive organic traffic and visibility.
- Proficiency in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other programmatic networks.
- Understanding of budget allocation and ROI analysis for paid media.
- Expertise in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI) to track KPIs, analyze performance, and inform strategy.
- Ability to interpret data to uncover trends, measure impact, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong commercial acumen and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to draw insights and act on findings.
- Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and buyer journey, especially in the software industry.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally, with experience working closely with a sales organization.
- An ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks concurrently, working on large projects at the same time as fielding more tactical initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional integrated campaigns.
- Self-motivation and an ability to get things done.
- Comfort with a transparent and open feedback culture.

Impact Plan:
30 Days – Basic Understanding
The first 30 days in this role would be spent getting familiar with Redgate as a business and our marketing department. This would include:
- Meeting the wider demand gen and AMER marketing teams, where this role would be working closely with.
- Meeting all teams in the department to understand their roles and how the teams collaborate with digital marketing
- Using our marketing handbook to get up to speed with our processes and ways of working
- Understanding at a high level what Redgate does across our portfolio
60 Days – Intermediate Understanding
The first 60 days in this role would be spent getting familiar with the digital campaigns already in flight and working closely with AMER regional to support with digital campaigns. There would also be an element of handover with AMER’s PPC account, which is currently being managed by a Digital Marketing Manager based in the UK and involved with planning for 2025.
90 Days – Comprehensive Understanding
By the end of the first 90 days in the role, you’d be running digital campaigns from conception through to execution, including reporting on success. While also being the go-to contact for AMER Regional Marketing for all things digital marketing and working closely with the Digital Marketers in the UK to share learnings and insights across the team.
