Responsibilities:

• Carry out account reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate bookkeeping.
• Process and manage accounts payable (AP), keeping track of all transactions.
• Organize and execute check runs regularly.
• Handle coding of invoices, ensuring correct entries for seamless transaction flow.
• Perform data entry tasks, updating and maintaining the database regularly.
• Involved in invoice processing, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Use Microsoft Excel for various financial tasks and reports.
• Utilize MS Dynamics SL for efficient financial operations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Proficiency in account reconciliation and accounts payable (AP)
• Experience with check runs and coding invoices
• Strong data entry skills and experience with invoice processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Dynamics
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively
• Knowledge of machinery manufacturing industry would be an asset.
