Job Description
Construction Project Manager - Healthcare Interiors - Long Island- Oversee all phases of healthcare interior projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, including infection control and operational protocols.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce quality and safety standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage project documentation.

The Successful Applicant
Construction Project Manager - Healthcare Interiors - Long Island- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing healthcare interior projects ranging from $1 to $5 million In the Building and Construction industry
- Skills: Exceptional project management, budgeting, and scheduling abilities. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction management software and healthcare-specific compliance standards (e.g., infection control and Occupied hospitals)
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while building strong client relationships.
- Competitive salary range of $130,000-$160,000, commensurate with experience.
