Job Description

Construction Project Manager - Healthcare Interiors - Long Island
  • Oversee all phases of healthcare interior projects, from pre-construction to project closeout.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and scopes of work.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, including infection control and operational protocols.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and enforce quality and safety standards.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage project documentation.

The Successful Applicant

Construction Project Manager - Healthcare Interiors - Long Island
  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing healthcare interior projects ranging from $1 to $5 million In the Building and Construction industry
  • Skills: Exceptional project management, budgeting, and scheduling abilities. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with construction management software and healthcare-specific compliance standards (e.g., infection control and Occupied hospitals)
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while building strong client relationships.
