Customer Service Representative

We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Newport Beach, California. This role is positioned within the Call Center industry and requires the individual to be fully onsite. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming calls and emails and providing assistance to customers over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing prompt and accurate assistance
• Utilize a variety of communication channels to resolve customer inquiries
• Process customer credit applications in a precise and timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
• Provide support to customers in a respectful and detail oriented manner
• Utilize medical billing knowledge to assist customers with their inquiries
• Work collaboratively with the team to improve customer service procedures and standards
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Continuously seek ways to improve customer service experience and performance metrics. • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment
• Proficiency in assisting customers with diverse needs
• Strong knowledge and experience in customer service principles
• Proficiency handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and foster a positive work environment
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software applications
• Knowledge of medical billing procedures and terminologies
• High level of patience and emotional intelligence
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
• Flexibility to work in shifts as required by the business
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree from a recognized institution will be a plus.
