Our client is looking to add an experience Mitigation Large Loss Project Manager to their team. Privately owned company, financially stable, with plenty of growth opportunity.
The Large Loss Project Manager is a strategic senior-level position responsible for overseeing the company's response to significant commercial and residnential losses. This role involves operational expertise, team leadership, strategic planning, and fostering key relationships to ensure effective mitigation project execution and transitioning them into reconstruction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Relationship Building and Management:
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, adjusters, and industry peers.
- Administrative Collaboration:
- Work with the administrative team on invoicing, job cost analysis, and project profitability.
- Project Execution:
- Oversee the operational execution of large loss mitigation projects from initiation to completion and ultimately the hand off to the reconstruction team.
- Monitor job progress, ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and budget.
- Equipment and Logistics:
- Coordinate with the asset management team for equipment and material availability.
- Ensure regular equipment maintenance and functionality assessments.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices for continual process enhancement.
- Establish feedback mechanisms for process, response time, and customer satisfaction improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership abilities in team management, preferably in restoration or related industry.
- Track record of managing successful commercial and residential large loss projects.
- Strategic and operational capacity management skills.
- Strong relationship management.
- Familiarity with equipment and logistics management.
- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry practices.
- Excellent communication skills and travel flexibility for large loss incident management.
