Duties:
- Full cycle recruiting - job posts, interviewing, site visits, onboarding, and orientations
- Typical hiring needs are in manufacturing, shipping, maintenance, marketing, and other skilled positions.
- Participate in job fairs
- Projects
- Assist with benefits and payroll when needed
