As a part of our team, you will be a crucial element in supporting the Producer Services contact center, managing customer interactions through both calls and emails in a high-volume environment.

• Establish a quick rapport with customers, identifying and exceeding their expectations.
• Navigate multiple systems and applications to research, analyze and resolve customer inquiries.

• Learn and understand the basic concepts of personal lines insurance principles and the products we offer.

• Be willing to work on a flexible schedule, including potential overtime and weekend hours.

• Demonstrated experience in Customer Service
