Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and patient assessments remotely.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with mental health conditions.
- Provide medication management and education to patients in collaboration with their treatment teams.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary based on clinical judgement.
- Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care.
- Educate patients and families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources.
- Current and active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification.
- Registered Nurse (RN) state licensure and compliance with local and national regulations.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in psychiatric mental health.
- Strong understanding of telehealth technologies and remote patient care practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
