Robert Half is seeking a full-time Estate Planning Attorney to join a wonderful firm in Buffalo Grove, Illinois.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and implement various estate planning documents
• Offer expert advice to clients on complex estate and tax matters
• Guide clients through the estate administration and probate process
• Handle guardianship petitions and proceedings
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records
• Monitor client accounts and take appropriate actions based on their status
• Process client applications efficiently and accurately
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve their inquiries
• Must be a Licensed Attorney
• Minimum of 1 years of professional experience as an Attorney
• Experience in Estate Planning
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients
• Must possess excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong research and report writing skills are necessary
• Must adhere to professional ethics and standards of the legal profession
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills required
• Must possess a high degree of professional ethics and integrity
• Exceptional time management skills
• Should have strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients from different backgrounds
