Quality Assurance
- 1+ year(s) of quality assurance experience in a food manufacturing or processing environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, etc.)
- A taste for detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies
- Communication skills to serve up feedback to the team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple “dishes” at once
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities- Conducting thorough inspections of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards
- Performing routine audits and tests to verify food safety protocols
- Collaboration and coordination with the production team
- Monitoring sanitation procedures and ensuring all equipment is clean and up to health & safety code
- Investigating and resolving any quality-related issues to avoid a recipe for disaster
