Start Date: Interview Process: 30-minute call with the tech team (starting 1/20) Start Date: February 1st About the Role: We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to join a small, collaborative team. This role involves Level 1 & 2 troubleshooting with a focus on technical expertise and offers the opportunity to grow into a Level 3 position.
Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory issues at Level 1 & 2. Work with Solaris systems and maintain thorough documentation. Collaborate in a fast-paced team environment with a positive, can-do attitude.Participate in one evening shift (6 PM-midnight on Fridays) per month.
Qualifications: 3-5 years of IT support experience. Proficiency in Windows, MS365, AD, and Solaris. Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.
