As a Customer Service & Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations by performing a wide range of administrative and customer-facing duties. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their needs while maintaining organized and efficient office operations.

Customer Interaction & Support:

  • Greet customers warmly, smile, and ensure they feel welcomed
  • Direct customers to lobby tablets for self-service check-in
  • Manage customer phone calls, relay messages, and handle inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate rental arrangements with ERAC
  • Checkout customers upon pickup and collect payments
  • Conduct post-repair follow-up survey calls to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up on open opportunities and missed appointments to reschedule or cancel as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CCC, ERAC systems experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
  • Familiarity with automotive repair or rental systems is a plus
  • Experience with invoicing, receipts, and payment processing
