We’re excited to grow our dynamic Go-To-Market team and are looking for motivated, entry-level sales professionals to assist with our sales campaigns from our Ohio office. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, scheduling meetings for the sales team, and contributing to the company’s growth.

This role is perfect for someone passionate about sales and eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients using various channels, including social media, industry events, and prospect databases.
  • Outbound Outreach: Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and engage with prospects through multiple communication channels to generate interest.
  • Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.
  • Scheduling Meetings: Coordinate and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team with qualified leads.
  • CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date information on prospects and leads within the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies and refine messaging based on feedback and market trends.
  • Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics, including call activity, lead conversion rates, and meeting outcomes.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1-3 years of relevant sales experience. Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role is preferred, but not required.
  • Education equivalent to experience is strongly recommended, but not required.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.com (or similar).
  • Strong ability to qualify leads and follow up diligently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Tenacious, self-motivated, and able to maintain enthusiasm in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for technology and software is a plus.
