Sales/Account Representative

Work directly for Synerfac a well-established semi-national staffing and recruitment firm.

Sales/Account Representative:

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

• Identify and establish relationships with prospect companies to develop new business
• Further develop relationships and increase business with existing customers
• Secure signed employment agreements and credit applications from prospective customers
• Negotiate billing rates and permanent placement fees with prospects/clients
• Write and enter qualified staffing requirements
• Prioritize daily recruiting efforts to ensure proper coverage on open requirements
