Mesa Hybrid Civil Litigation Paralegal

You will also be tasked with calendar management and claim administration.

• Utilize Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Case Management Software and CompuLaw for various tasks.
• Handle various billing functions associated with the case management.
• Prepare and manage briefing documents, and assist with discovery and trial preparation.
• Administer claims and facilitate the resolution of any claim-related issues.
• Maintain open and clear communication lines with clients and other stakeholders.
• Oversee calendar management to ensure all deadlines and appointments are met.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency of the team by ensuring all tasks are carried out in a timely and accurate manner.
• Monitor and manage all aspects of civil litigation cases from start to finish.
• Utilize excellent organizational skills to maintain accurate and up-to-date case files.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Civil Litigation Paralegal
• Proficient in Aderant and Adobe Acrobat
• Experience with Case Management Software is required
• Ability to work with CompuLaw
• Knowledge of Billing Functions in a detail oriented services context
• Skilled at Briefing and Calendar Management
• Experience with Claim Administration
• Excellent Communication skills
• Expertise in Arizona Civil Litigation is essential
