Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced, customer-focused position, you will manage inbound calls, process orders, handle inventory tickets, and support inventory management tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls and provide exceptional service in a timely and detail-oriented manner.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through SAP and ERP systems.
• Manage and track customer service tickets to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management by updating inventory data and responding to related inquiries.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests regarding products, services, and order status.
• Provide accurate, clear, and consistent information to clients regarding their orders and inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Proven experience in customer service, with a strong focus on inbound calls and order processing.
• Proficiency with SAP and ERP systems is required. Experience in order processing and inventory management.
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional follow-up skills, with the ability to track and manage service tickets efficiently.
• Client-facing experience, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to speak professionally at all times.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
