Software Engineer
As a Software Engineer, you develop, maintain, and enhance software based on documented requirements. You will also review and test software for adherence to requirements and document results.
Your responsibilities as a Software Engineer will include (but not limited to):
- Resolve problem reports.
- Use tools and methodologies appropriate to the software development environment.
- Provide design input to include hardware/software trades, software reuse, use of COTS/ GOTS, and requirements analysis/synthesis from system level to individual software components
- Support numerous challenging, mission-critical projects that make a direct impact on the nation’s security and intelligence mission.
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active TS/SCI+FSP Clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum Fourteen (14) years of experience as a SWE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS (ex Customer Entry Portals)
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core architecture and applications such as Incident Management, Service Request, Change Management, Portal, Asset Management, Knowledge Management
- Experience with ServiceNow Web Services (ex REST, SOAP)
This position is 100% onsite in Ft. Meade MD.
