Primary Care Physician Assistant

Practice Description:

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton. Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services.

Practice Details:

• 17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians.
• Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day.
• 34 patient contact hours per week.
• Opportunities for physicians to perform procedures including c-sections.
• Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE - Flexible schedule
• As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• BC/BE through NCCPA
• Licensed or ability to obtain a PA license with prescriptive authority through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges
• 2 years of Physician Assistant experience required.
