Role Overview
Responsible for the West partner accounts, this individual will report into the Brand President directly. Responsible to develop, monitor and drive sell through, ensure proper assortment in each POS and develop strong relationships with principals and store personnel.Close collaboration with the sales administration, marketing, retail and customer service teams to manage the daily business and ensure that the brand’s image is appropriately represented.
Responsibilities (or Mission)- Develop strong and long-lasting relationships with principals and all the sales professionals in the wholesale network.
- Ensure sales targets are met and support partners on proper allocations.
- Ensure timely reporting as needed to local team and HQ including Roger Dubuis KPI’s (Sell out, Model Stock, CRM & etc).
- Manage the day-to-day sales activity of wholesale clients (independent doors and external boutiques as needed) in the defined region.
- Ensure proper assortments are being represented at each account.
- Partner with the Brand President and operations team for the monthly assortment replenishment and manage the sold order pipeline.
- Partner with marketing team to efficiently identify/market target demographics in each local market and to Co-host private events with partners to enhance the brand experience for end clients.
- Provide competitive, quantitative, and qualitative market feedback.
- Training of all doors to communicate brand history, product knowledge and visual merchandising at each point of sale in partnership with the Marketing department.
- Directly responsible for brand’s visibility at point of sale and implementation of build-outs with the support of the head office.
- Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of related experience in a commercial role in the luxury or jewelry/watch industry.
- Entrepreneurial and curious mindset with strong leadership
- Excellent computer skills, Excel and PowerPoint experience required.
- Eager to frequently attend luxury events, network and create leads
- A true “customer service” attitude with strong proactive skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed with an emphasis on detail and organization, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with strong follow through as well as part of the team.
- Travel up to 75% (occasionally including weekends for dealer events).
- Ideally based in New York

Expected Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000/annually
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience.
