Overview:

The Business Office Director at a Brightview Senior Living Community serves as the engine that keeps our community running effectively by providing clerical, bookkeeping, budgeting, financial reporting, accounting and human resources support to our leadership team, and to our associates and our residents.

Responsibilities:

As the Business Office Director, you will work closely with the Executive Director to create an efficient operation by assisting with the following:

  • Recruitment and selection of associates.
  • Supervising a team of Concierge associates.
  • Setting up and maintaining all resident and employee files in accordance with regulations and policies.
  • Setting up and maintaining all vendor files and communications.
  • Maintaining accounts receivable and billing operations.
  • Processing purchase orders.
  • Providing support to each department in meeting their operating budget goals for the year.

Salary Range: USD $70,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.

Compensation Disclosure:

The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc.

Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.

Qualifications:

  • Our ideal Business Office Director has a strong desire to assist others while maintaining a keen eye on the community's finances.
  • Associate’s degree in Business, Accounting or a related discipline and a minimum of two years’ experience in bookkeeping or office management or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or a related discipline strongly preferred.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly master new applications.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Superior communication skills.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
