Senior Director of Child/Adolescent Operations- Northern Arizona area

Monday-Friday schedule with rotated on call requirements
Job Summary:
- Responsible for the overall oversight and operations of all children and adolescent crisis, inpatient and residential programs of our 3 new behavioral health and substance abuse facilities in the Holbrook, Kingsman and Flagstaff areas.
- Work collectively with his or her counterpart in Nursing, Clinical, and Medical to ensure that all clinical/therapeutic activities, risk management, health and safety, and quality management best practices are implemented for each unit he or she oversees.
- This position is a designated member of the Clinical Council and will be responsible for the development, review, and oversight of clinical curriculum, interventions, trainings and fidelity review.
- Travel to each designated site routinely to meet with staff, community stakeholders, and ensure operations are in accordance with clinical and operational outcomes designated for these programs.
Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in a field related to Counseling or Social work.
- Independently licensed (LPC, LCSW, PsyD) in Arizona or have a independent license that is transferrable to Arizona.
- 10+ years of experience working with children/adolescents

Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
