Overview:
The Quality Assurance Evaluator is responsible for performing Quality System Oversight/Audits/Evaluations and acceptance of corrective actions in accordance with Endeavor’s Continuing Analysis & Surveillance System as required by CFR 121.373. Flexible work site location.
Responsibilities:
- Performance essential auditing functions in accordance with applicable ratings.
- Identify, risk assess, and assist in resolving compliance issues to support safe operations within scheduled parameters.
- Develop reports, track, and record compliance activities in the Quality Assurance database.
- Promote Quality and Safety Management System (SMS) values, emphasizing and encouraging process enhancements.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
- Interface as required with internal and external customers.
- Provide guidance and cross training to Quality Assurance personnel as required.
- Assist the Manager of Quality Assurance with coordinating and managing departmental activities.
- Liaison with regulatory authorities as required.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required, college degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 3 years CFR 121 airline maintenance operations.
- Must hold or be qualified to obtain valid U.S. Passport.
- Current C.A.S.E. level III (1A), 2(a), (4A) or IFQP Qualifications. - required.
- Airframe and Powerplant License preferred.
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task efficiently and effectively to meet given time parameters.
- Experience working with all levels of an organization.
- Strong interpersonal skills with focus on communication and problem resolution.
- Must possess the ability to communicate clearly in speech and in writing.
- Strong work ethic, reliable, self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in various computer programs/skills: MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and general internet applications.
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Must be able to use assist devices such as ladders, and work stands.
- Travel required 70%+

FLSA Status: Salary
Minimum Position Pay Range: USD $64,552.46/Yr.
Maximum Position Pay Range: USD $107,587.44/Yr.
