Job Description
The Project Manager - Under $50M Construction Renovation - DC Metro will be responsible for:
- Overseeing project planning, execution, and completion to meet organizational goals.
- Defining clear project scope, objectives, and deliverables to align with stakeholder expectations.
- Facilitating communication among teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep everyone informed and engaged.
- Creating detailed project plans that encompass schedules, budgets, and resource management.
- Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.
- Conducting thorough quality control to ensure deliverables meet standards and specifications.
- Holding regular status meetings to provide updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
