We strive to create a shopping experience like no other through high-end customer service. Impossible Kicks has something for everyone! With 18 locations nationwide and growing, we’re looking for the best people to join our team!
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer and sales service
- Share your product knowledge with our customers
- Listen to the customer’s needs and make recommendations for purchase
- Meet sales goals
- Use our inventory system to locate merchandise at our other stores
- Assist with keeping the store organized and clean
Employees will receive commission based on achieving daily sales goals.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of sneakers and street ware and what’s trending
- Retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service and sales skills
- Highly motivated
- Works independently
- Flexibility in work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Bilingual is a plus
