Sales Associate 1

We are looking for a Sales Associate 1 to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This role involves providing excellent service and solutions to all current and future customers, staying updated with new products, features, and content, and contributing to all store activities including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service and solutions to all current and future customers
• Stay current with new products, features, and content
• Help customers find the right product fit for their needs
• Engage in cross-departmental initiatives that may include Commercial, Third Party Retail, Corporate Wellness, community events, and Member Support
• Contribute to all store activities including inventory management, merchandising, marketing, and other duties as assigned
• Meet or exceed established performance goals
• Maintain a strong verbal and written communication skillset
• Display an understanding and passion for fitness technology
• Be approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
• Maintain flexibility with your schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as your hours will be based on business needs
• Demonstrate the ability to create immersive customer experiences
• Show a proven record of sales, service, or fitness experience in a customer-centric environment. • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and Sales
• Proficiency in Reporting and Marketing strategies
• Familiarity with the 'About Time' software and Workstation Support
• Experience in Merchandising within a Retail environment
• Ability to effectively close sales deals
• Knowledge of Disability Benefits administration
• Strong Written Communication skills
• Ability to liaise with Third Parties
• Physical ability for Lifting tasks related to merchandising
• Willingness to work Overtime as required
• Experience in organizing and participating in Community Events
• Track record of meeting or exceeding Performance Goals in a retail setting
• Previous experience working in Retail Stores
• Ability to provide Sales Support as needed
• Proven Sales Record in a retail environment
• Ability to meet Physical Requirements of the role.
