Location: New York, NY (This is a 100% onsite position)

Position Type: HourlyCompensation: $30 - $40 hr.
Hours of Position: Thur, 4PM - 12PM. Friday, 5PM -2AM.
Saturday, 5PM – 2AM.

Overview:
The Puttery's Bomba Nightclub Floor Manager is responsible for the overall operation and success of Bomba, a high-energy nightclub within Puttery. This role encompasses a wide range of duties, including guest experience, team management, inventory control, and event coordination.The ideal candidate is a dynamic and experienced individual with a passion for nightlife and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Overall Operations: Oversee all aspects of Bomba’s operations, including guest experience, staff management, inventory control, and financial performance.
- Budgeting: Developing and managing the nightclub's budget, including expenses for labor, inventory, and marketing.
- Guest Experience: Create and maintain an exceptional guest experience by ensuring top-notch service, ambiance, and entertainment.
- Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional service.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels of all bar products, ensuring proper stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Vendor Management: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Event Coordination: Plan, execute, and evaluate special events and promotions to drive traffic and increase revenue.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
- Staff Scheduling: Create and manage staff schedules to optimize labor costs and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
