We are looking for a Data Operations Specialist to join our team! The successful candidate will be involved in identifying key products through market research, developing solutions to increase sales, and ensure data integrity across platforms like ERP and Shopify.

We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Forklift, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.We are looking for a Data Operations Specialist to join our team! The successful candidate will be involved in identifying key products through market research, developing solutions to increase sales, and ensure data integrity across platforms like ERP and Shopify.
Key responsibilities include data cleaning, sales report integrations, and market trend analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement web scraping tools collect and process data from relevant sources
- Perform data extraction, cleaning, and processing to maintain the integrity and quality of datasets
- Collaborate with superior to integrate sales report data efficiently
- Conduct research on new products and competing items to provide valuable insights though web-based data
- Help manage platforms to maintain precise, error-free data
Qualifications:
- Proficient in web scraping tools and methods to extract large dataset from websites
- Ability to use data cleaning, filtering, and sorting techniques to maintain data accuracy and usability
- Experience in using basic analysis formulas and functions in Google Sheets or Excel, such as VLOOKUP, Average, Sum, and Count
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of summarizing and reporting findings, result and ideas clearly and concisely
- Familiar with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI. Capable of presenting analysis results graphically
- Experience in the e Commerce sector such as online market trend analysis, customer behavior research, and product sales strategies
