Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Rishtasite team.
Manage and organize executive schedules, appointments, and travel
arrangements.
Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations using
Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on advanced
Excel skills.
Create and maintain Management Information Systems ( M.I.S) to track
and analyze relevant data.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Coordinate and facilitate communication within the team and with
clients.
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials as
needed.
Utilize strong written English skills for drafting emails, memos, and other
correspondence.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary.
Proficiency in using Google Docs, Microsoft Office Suite, and advanced
Excel skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent written English skills.
Proven experience in managing M.I.S.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous experience in a secretarial role is mandatory
