TPM - World Wide Technology Deployment Strategy & Services Lead, World Wide Tech Deployment (WWTD) Strategy & Operations

World-Wide Technology Deployment (WWTD) is seeking a Strategy and Services lead to join our Strategy and Operations (S&O) team. This individual will work with the WWTD Leadership Team to drive our strategic roadmap as well as the evolution of our service offerings across the business.The TPM for Strategy & Services will become an expert in the services that WWTD offers and the value they bring to our customers. In this role the individual will help craft these value propositions in alignment with both our in-year and 3-year roadmaps.
This individual will own the rhythm of business for the organization, ensuring our leaders, teams, and partnering organizations remain informed and aligned across our full cadence of internal and external strategic reporting. The TPM for WWTD Strategy & Services will work directly with the Strategy leads across the other six Global Robotics Delivery (GRD) organizations, ensuring high quality strategic communication and direction to the Director and VP level.
Key job responsibilities
The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic and technical skills, superb business acumen and a capacity to dive deep to understand business challenges and direction. The individual will be a strong document writer with the ability to consolidate multiple inputs into a cohesive strategic message.The candidate must have the appropriate leadership presence and communication skills to effectively work across multiple levels of Director and VP leaders, both within and external to the organization. The candidate must be a self-starter and be able to execute at both a tactical and strategic level with a strong attention to detail.- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 3+ years of strategic planning or business strategy experience- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
