Customer Services Representative

Our company is searching for a reliable and professional Contract Customer Service Representative to connect with our customers and provide outstanding service. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer queries, solving problems, and providing high-quality support.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
2. Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
3. Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research issues and provide effective solutions.
4. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
5. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
6. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
7. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
8. Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
9. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
10. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
11. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
12. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
13. High school degree.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time contract position located in Danbury, CT. The general working hours are from 9:00 AM TO 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
