System Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer with robust cloud experience and expertise in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based systems for our organization and ensure that our tech infrastructure aligns with business needs and industry standards.

1. Develop and manage CI/CD processes for different types of applications and automate as many processes as possible.
2. Build and manage the cloud environment utilizing a broad range of AWS, Azure, or GCP services.
3. Designing and maintaining system infrastructure, including configuring, optimizing, and supporting various systems and networks.
4. Develop infrastructure as code (IaC) for repeatable deployment processes.
5. Collaborate with developers and administrators to identify new hardware and software requirements and provide IT support where necessary.
6. Troubleshoot complex system issues, provide incident response, and conduct root cause analyses for infrastructure issues.
7. Documenting systems, processes, and procedures, along with maintaining system design and configuration standards.
8. Understanding system security and data backup/recovery.
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
10. Proven experience as a Systems Engineer, possessing hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Microsoft Azure, GCP, etc.), and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Travis CI, GitLab, etc.).
11. Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
12. Familiarity with Docker and/or Kubernetes.
13. Good understanding of network protocols, IP networking, and system security.
14. Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to ensure optimal system efficiency.
15. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate system information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
16. Strong documentation skills, with attention to detail and organizational skills.
17. Industry recognized certifications in cloud technologies or other related fields are desirable.
