Key Responsibilities:
- Portfolio Management: Oversee and manage the credit risk portfolio, including general corporates, leveraged finance, and project finance.
- Credit Analysis: Conduct and supervise thorough credit risk assessments and analysis of various transactions, including financial statement analysis, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement credit risk strategies to mitigate risk and optimize portfolio performance.
- Risk Management: Monitor and manage the credit risk of existing portfolios, identifying potential risks and recommending mitigation strategies.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support credit analysis and decision-making processes.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored credit solutions.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes impacting the covered sectors.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree or CFA designation preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in credit analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking, with a focus on general corporates, leveraged finance, and project finance.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial analysis software.
- Excellent understanding of corporate credit risk and credit risk management methodologies.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing talent.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

What's on Offer
$185,000 - $300,000 base salary.
