We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will take on a variety of tasks related to maintaining our financial records, including processing accounts payable and receivable, preparing budgets, and completing bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting processes including but not limited to: A/P, A/R, payroll, journal entries and bank reconciliations.
  • Process accounts receivable and payable, following up as necessary.
  • Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Analyze and prepare budgets for different departments.
  • Use accounting software systems to record and retrieve financial data.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Work closely with the team to streamline accounting functions and operations.
  • Provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks.
  • Utilize Excel for various financial reporting and analysis as needed.

  • Must have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeper role or a related field
  • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required
  • Knowledge of ADP - Financial Services is essential
  • Familiarity with Computerized Accounting System is necessary
  • Experience with Great Plains (GPAC) is a significant advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required
  • Must have a strong understanding of Accounting Functions
  • Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) is necessary
  • Must have experience with Annual Budget preparation and management
  • Proficiency in Cash Flow Analysis is required
