Bookkeeper

You will be expected to maintain an accurate record, ensure data entry is correct and provide support during the month-end close process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process accounts payable and receivable with accuracy.
• Perform account reconciliations regularly to ensure accuracy of records.
• Execute bank reconciliations and rectify discrepancies.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking of financial information.
• Conduct the month-end close process efficiently.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and amend any errors.
• Utilize QuickBooks for managing and processing various accounts and financial transactions.
• Perform payroll duties as required.
• Ensure all financial data is entered and maintained in the systems accurately.
• Provide support to other team members and departments as needed.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Experience with Bank Reconciliations and Bookkeeping
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel
• Ability to handle Month End Close tasks
• Experience in managing Payroll
• Proficiency in using QuickBooks software
• Demonstrates attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
• Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and meet all deadlines.
