• Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing or production environment
• Ability to read and follow instructions, blueprints, and production schedules

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Proven experience operating machinery in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or production environment.
• Skilled in interpreting and following detailed instructions, technical blueprints, and strict production schedules to meet quality standards.
• mechanical aptitude and exceptional troubleshooting abilities to ensure continuous, efficient machine operation.
• Capable of working effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, regulated environment while adhering to safety and quality protocols.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 40 lbs and maintaining prolonged periods of standing as required by operational demands.
