Sales Representative/Account Manager

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):
As an Account Manager, you will be the cornerstone of our of residential and commercial growth, ensuring top-notch quality and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include (but is not limited to):
- Seamlessly execute company-sponsored appointments, tailored to perfection.
- Unleash the power of sales through dynamic prospecting and marketing
- Master the art of crafting estimates, transforming visions into possibilities.
- Meet with homeowners to select the colors of their project, while sealing the deal with final contracts.
- Maintain a relentless pursuit of client satisfaction through unwavering follow-up efforts.
- Forge extraordinary connections with prospective clients, creating lasting relationships with homeowners and commercial property owners alike.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts
- Answer phone calls and follow up
- Assist the office with day-to-day operations
- Keep in contact with your clients in regards to sales.
- Assure the clients needs are met throughout the sales process.
- Monitor the sales progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Create and maintain comprehensive sales documentation, plans and reports.
- Comply with companys policies, procedures and handbooks.
- Safely climb and inspect roofs/attics/buildings daily
- Conducting quality inspections
- Coordinating with the production team on materials and work orders.
- Utilizing company programs for job documentation and tracking.
- Communicating with customers and managers regarding progress and safety.
What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated history of achieving sales success, particularly in the construction and/or roofing industry (although experience in these fields is not mandatory).
- Exceptional abilities in communication and building relationships with others.
- Demonstrated dedication to hard work and self-driven motivation.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable means of transportation.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to use a ladder and safely access roofs.
- Physical stamina for extended periods of standing, bending, climbing, and balancing.
- Safely handling items weighing 50+ pounds and operating equipment/tools.
- Capability of manual labor in various weather conditions when required.
- Passing a drug screen, background check, and driving record check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Positive problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills.
Requirements for this position:
- Proficiency in conducting roof inspections, including ladder setup, climbing, and walking on roofs.
- Own a professional ladder, a smart phone, and have reliable transportation
