Job Description
  • Lead all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, architects, and subcontractors to establish project goals and deliver exceptional results.
  • Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and subcontractor performance to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and maintain high safety and quality standards.
  • Facilitate project meetings with all stakeholders to ensure alignment and address any challenges promptly.

The Successful Applicant
  • 10+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on commercial projects.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Familiarity with construction management software; Procore experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
