We are searching for a Physical Therapist to join our team which is a home health facility in Tuolumne County! We are seeking someone to work full-time and be willing to travel to different facilities in Sonora, Jamestown, and Cold Springs, CA!

Salary and Shift:

$130k-$140k plus production bonus
M-F, 8a-5p but you make your own schedule

Qualifications:

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Active PT licensure in the state of CA.
CPR certification
Must have an active driver's license
