CWR Customer Service Rep I
Location: Odessa (On-site)
Shift Details: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, weekends mandatory, two days a week TBD
About the Role:Adecco is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Odessa. As a key player in delivering outstanding service, you will be responsible for assisting customers, business partners, and drivers to ensure we meet our commitments and exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve issues or problems
- Monitor the progress of delivery routes
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
At a minimum, you'll need:
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
It'd be great if you also have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of related experience, preferably within a call center environment
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on resolving issues satisfactorily
- Solid multitasking abilities and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
