CW - Data Analyst II

We are offering a contract for a Data Analyst II position in Glen Allen, Virginia. This role is critical for supporting our Human Resources team by managing and analyzing a vast amount of data. The Data Analyst II will also be responsible for generating reports and extracting information based on business user specifications, as well as maintaining our data environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with cross-functional members to support data and processing systems.
• Support the analysis and presentation of financial and/or employee information at various levels.
• Fulfill ad-hoc requests for information reporting and analysis.
• Manage large amounts of data and act as a liaison to the Human Resources team for digital needs and requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain the views, objects, facts, and dimensions within our data environment for use in Dashboards, reports, and ongoing extracts.
• Develop and support production ETL processes.
• Handle the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and support of internal systems as it relates to reporting.
• Develop comprehensive database diagrams. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suites
• Demonstrated experience in Customer Service
• Strong skills in Reporting and Database management
• Familiarity with HR Administration and Supervising roles
• Knowledge of Procedures, Policy, and Compliance
• Experience in Design and Production
• Ability to Perform Ad Hoc Financial tasks
• Understanding of Regulation and Financial Statements
• Experience as a Liaison in a detail oriented setting
• Comfortable with Digital technologies and Practices
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Proficiency in SQL and usage of Monitoring Tools
• Ability to Execute tasks and Queries effectively
• Experience in Finance and financial presentations.
