Robert Half is hiring for our client on the east side of Indianapolis. They provide a dynamic work environment and are currently in need of a friendly Customer Service Representative to join their team.

The Customer Service Representative will be the frontline of contact for our clients' customers. They will handle inquires, resolve problems and provide a welcoming and professional customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Resolve customer issues, manage complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Process orders, applications, requests and conduct product/service demonstrations as necessary.
  4. Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, comments, as well as actions taken.
  5. Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  6. Work with customer service team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
  7. Escalate unresolved issues to the designated resource in line with the company's policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven customer support experience in a similar role.
  2. Track record of over-achieving targets.
  3. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  6. High school degree; higher education degree preferred.
