Local manufacturer is hiring for a Material Handler for their production team. Candidates with prior production or manufacturing experience working with plastics, metals,pharmaceutical, nutraceutical or fabrication of products are encouraged to apply!

salary: $18 - $19 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Receive incoming materials, parts, and components from suppliers or other departments.
Stage materials and components at production workstations or assembly areas according to production schedules and job orders.
Assist with set up and prepare machinery for production runs
Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and detect any malfunctions.
Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Make adjustments to machines to maintain product quality and consistency
Use proper lifting techniques, personal protective equipment (PPE), and equipment safety features when handling materials
Willing to train for the right candidate
