HR Operations Manager

Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Assist with HR functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and handling employee relations matters.
- Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and aligned with industry best practices.
- Partner with the HR Director on recruiting, performance management, and compliance initiatives.
Office Management & Administrative Support:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, including managing office supplies, vendors, and general office organization.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and HR Director, managing schedules, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
- Organize company events and facilitate a positive office culture.
Financial Support:
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and vendor management to maintain cost-effective operations.
- Support the finance team with payroll administration and financial documentation as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of combined experience in HR, administrative support, office management, and/or finance roles.
- Organizational skills with high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proactive, positive attitude.
